2020 – The year we have started operations founded by our Expert Mixologist and Trainer – Mr. Vishal Kanojia in Vasai with a vision of providing the niche expertise in the area of Mixology and bartending. In V4U institute for Mixology/Beverage learning the students will get firsthand experience in mastering the art of creating new cocktails, mocktails and perfecting the World’s renowned cocktails.
Trainer and Founder profile: Mr. Vishal Kanojia started his journey with Rizvi College of Hotel Management learning the fine nuances of Hotel Management and post which he has completed his Masters in Hotel Management. He has worked with world renowned brands like Hyatt Properties – Dubai, Shang-Ri La and St. Regis Mumbai for over 10 years. He has worked in the best clubs in town before moving on to share his expertise and teaching the aspiring students about Food & Beverage. He has operated the first mixology classes with a renowned college for 3 years before venturing out and starting V4U Beverage academy where he can build the next gen community of aspiring mixologists.
